The Position IS Purchasing Key User - APAC

This position is part of the Purchasing Process & Tools team and reports to the “APAC Purchasing Process & Tools Lead”. The IS Purchasing Key User APAC is responsible for supporting the APAC team in the implementation of the Purchasing Information System project. He/She will be part of a project team and is accountable for all project streams, including:

• Local coordination & completion of the site activities towards the IS Purchasing tool of each APAC wave

• Propose IS Purchasing tool enhancements in the maintenance phase

• Promote the tool & support the end-users within his/her geographical scope

• Align with the CORE team

The Purchasing Process & Tools team consists of 12 people in India (6), Greece (3), France (2), and Mexico (1).

JOB SCOPE/DIMENSIONS

• Geographical scope: Worldwide with a focus on APAC & China

• User number: ~200 worldwide / ~50 in APAC

• Tools to master: Ivalua, SAP S/4, Transporeon, Ecovadis platform

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES For the solution deployment & continuous improvement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for specific business applications

• Provide expert-level support and guidance to end-users

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application efficiency

• Deliver training programs for application users

• Monitor and analyze application usage metrics to drive improvements

• Troubleshoot complex issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary

• Establish a trusty relationship with users and stakeholders

• Participate in change management processes

• Is part of the “Support to Buyers” workstream and support the Purchasing Community on any specific topic

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS Inside the company

• Hierarchically attached to the Process & Tools APAC Lead based in Hyderabad, India

• Interdependencies with the Opera project (SAP S/4 implementation)

• Manage the different stakeholders’ teams and liaise with the Master Data Community

Outside the company ● Ivalua representatives JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education and Experience requirements Essential

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering

• 3 years of practical experience in the purchasing process & tools (Source to Contract)

• Experience in a Global organization with competing priorities and ambiguous requirements

• Fluent or native English speaker

• Experience in the Procure to Pay process and SAP

Desirable

• Experience with Ivalua software is a plus

• G Suite (Google sheet, slides, doc, drive, etc) in Plus

• Fluent in any additional Asian language (Chinese, …)

• Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company
