Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Lead the operation and performance of all site warehouses, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and compliance with storage requirements • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities to support production requirements and customer service objectives • Manage site facilities, infrastructure, and support services to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations • Lead facility maintenance programs, improvement projects, and contractor management activities • Direct the site's physical security and asset protection programs to safeguard employees, visitors, facilities, inventory, and company assets • Manage security systems, access controls, service providers, risk mitigation initiatives, and security-related investigations • Oversee employee transportation services, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transportation operations • Lead site administrative services, budgets, contracts, compliance activities, reporting processes, and business support functions • Develop and lead teams while driving continuous improvement, productivity, cost optimization, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance initiatives

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field • 5–7 years of experience managing warehousing, facilities, administration, transportation, security, or operational support functions within a manufacturing environment • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving operational performance • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP • Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and facility operations • Experience managing budgets, contractors, service providers, and operational expenditures • Knowledge of security management, asset protection, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation programs • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
