Omni-Channel Listing SpecialistPosition Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Omni-Channel Listing Specialist to manage, optimize, and enhance product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience creating high-quality listings tailored to the requirements and best practices of each marketplace, ensuring maximum visibility, accuracy, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities: Create, optimize, and maintain product listings across at least two of the following platforms: Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, TikTok Shop, Shein, Temu. Implement effective listing strategies tailored to each channel’s algorithm, guidelines, and content standards. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to maximize discoverability and listing performance. Ensure all product information—titles, descriptions, images, attributes, videos, and pricing—is accurate, compelling, and aligned with channel requirements. Monitor listing performance, identify issues (suppression, compliance flags, listing errors), and execute timely fixes. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and catalog teams to improve content quality and maintain brand consistency across platforms. Track and report on listing metrics, conversion rates, impressions, and ranking changes. Stay updated on platform changes, new marketplace features, and evolving listing optimization best practices. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce listing, catalog management, or marketplace operations. Skilled in managing listings on a minimum of two major marketplaces: Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, TikTok Shop, Shein, or Temu. Strong understanding of effective listing strategies such as SEO for marketplaces, keyword optimization, A/B testing, competitive benchmarking, and content enhancements. Ability to analyze data and optimize listings based on performance metrics. Experience handling variations, SKU mapping, categorization, and platform-specific templates. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Must be able to show a portfolio or presentation highlighting past listing work, before-and-after optimizations, or successful channel performance improvements.
