Join our high‑performing team at Essendon Fields as a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant. This role is open to either full-time or part‑time arrangements, making it ideal for someone seeking balance while still playing a key role in a dynamic property environment. You’ll be the trusted “go‑to” person who keeps everyday operations running seamlessly, supporting campaigns, client service, and overall team effectiveness.

In this role, you will:

Prepare high‑quality reports, submissions and client documentationSupport marketing and campaign activity (InDesign/Canva skills highly regarded)Coordinate team diaries, meetings and internal communicationsManage invoicing, billing and general financial administrationMaintain SharePoint folders, templates and key team resourcesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and more efficient workflows What you’ll bring:

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailClear, confident communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProficiency across Microsoft Office; design capability an advantageA proactive, solutions‑focused mindsetExperience in team support, administration or a similar coordination roleExposure to property marketing, including preparation of information memorandums and submissions, and design experience using both inDesign and powerpoint In this role, you’ll gain:
