As our portfolio expands, we are offering an exceptional opportunity for a driven sales professional to join our team on a landmark Newstead development—one of Brisbane’s most exciting new riverfront projects.
This role is ideal for a polished, motivated consultant with a proven record of strong sales outcomes, particularly within off‑the‑plan residential developments. You’ll be supported by industry‑leading marketing, an established enquiry pipeline, and a collaborative team committed to excellence.
In this client‑facing role, you will guide buyers from first enquiry through to contract signing and settlement, providing a seamless, informed and confidence‑building experience. You will engage with a diverse mix of local and interstate buyers and play a critical part in shaping the success of one of Brisbane’s most anticipated residential launches.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
Professional, well‑presented and confident in a high‑end project environmentExperienced in off‑the‑plan sales, either within a project marketing agency or a developer’s in‑house teamSkilled in building rapport and communicating the vision behind premium residential projectsComfortable managing databases, qualifying leads and navigating CRM systemsHighly proficient in supporting end‑to‑end contract flow, including coordination, negotiation and settlement processesEnergetic, proactive and a genuine team contributorFlexible with roster requirements, including permanent weekend work What You’ll Receive
