About this role

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Digital Delivery to join our Marketing, Brand and Digital team on a six-month fixed-term basis.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Brand and Digital, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the University's digital products and services, ensuring they meet user needs, support institutional objectives and deliver measurable impact.

You will provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team and oversee key priorities including the launch of the new online postgraduate prospectus, support for student recruitment activity, and the rollout of the University's refreshed brand across digital channels.

This role requires someone who can work at pace, build strong stakeholder relationships and use data, user insight and digital best practice to drive continuous improvement.

What Will You Be Doing?

Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the University's digital products and services. Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team and support effective prioritisation of digital initiatives. Deliver key projects including the postgraduate prospectus launch, student recruitment initiatives and digital brand implementation. Use user research, analytics and stakeholder insight to inform product development and continuous improvement. Oversee web governance, content standards and user experience across the University's web estate. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure digital activity delivers measurable value. Monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation. Contribute to the University's digital vision and roadmap.

You Should Apply If

You have significant experience leading digital products and services in a complex organisation. You have successfully led multidisciplinary teams and delivered digital change initiatives. You are a confident stakeholder manager with strong influencing skills. You have experience managing large-scale websites, digital platforms and web governance. You have hands-on experience with Terminalfour (T4) CMS. You can balance strategic and operational priorities effectively. You are confident using analytics and user research to drive improvements. You are an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills.
