Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: We require a minimum of three years experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, including the cloud version of Dynamics CRM 365.We require experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, customisation and development, including model-driven apps, permissions, views, dashboards and Power Automate flows.We require experience working with sensitive data and a sound understanding of GDPR practices.We require excellent communication skills.We require excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.We require excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills.We require excellent data analysis, management and reporting skills.We require experience in user acceptance testing, training, producing guidance documentation and implementation support.We require experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Office 365 and other Power Platform/Dynamics 365 applications, ideally including Microsoft SQL.We require experience in Power Platform, dashboard, API and SSRS report development.We require experience managing different Dynamics user licence types and storage to minimise costs. Responsibilities: We own the Dynamics 365 environment for around 60 users, including advising on storage requirements, strategic direction and licensing.We provide application support for users, including systems training, data queries and other administrative tasks.We manage data imports and exports, synchronisation and integration with other business applications, systems testing, configuration, troubleshooting and planning enhancements.We report data in predefined structures and modify tables, views, charts, dashboards, SSRS reports and forms.We maintain application access rights, security settings and user privileges.We collaborate with developers and third-party vendors to support successful implementation of enhancements, integrations and service levels.We create and update training manuals, policies and procedures, and build custom reports, workflows and dashboards as requested.We review the MS Dynamics platform and solutions.We identify and address architectural deficiencies and flag opportunities for improvement.
