Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements: ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent experience.Experience managing workplace or productivity platforms.Strong understanding of Microsoft 365.Ability to define roadmaps and service models.Strong stakeholder engagement skills.Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI tools is desirable.Experience delivering digital adoption programmes is desirable. Responsibilities: Own the full lifecycle of productivity services.Own Microsoft 365 and Copilot platform services end to end.Define and maintain the platform roadmap and strategy.Drive adoption of digital workplace tools and workflows.Translate business needs into platform capability and design.Improve service performance using data, insight, and feedback.
