We are recruiting for a Technical Lead Software Engineer to join a significant government technology programme, helping build secure, large-scale customer platforms used by critical organisations. This is a hybrid role based in London, with 2 days onsite, and offers £100k, an 8% bonus, a 10% pension, and private medical cover. We offer a lean, friendly interview process hosted via MS Teams, with two stages taking around 2 hours in total, no external coding tests, no presentations, and no trick questions. Interviews are happening in July and August, and start dates are available from 0-3 months depending on availability.
