Salary: £48,000 - 58,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience working in a Security Operations Centre (SOC)Hands-on SIEM experience (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or similar)Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and modern detection techniquesConfident analysis across logs, endpoints and network trafficSolid knowledge of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP)Awareness of enterprise security tooling (firewalls, AV, VPNs, IDS/IPS)Eligibility for DV Clearance (British citizen, UK resident for the past 10 years) Responsibilities: Monitor, triage and investigate security alerts in highly secure environmentsAnalyse threats using SIEM, endpoint telemetry, network traffic and logsSupport live incident response, escalation and containment activitiesEnhance detections, rules and playbooks aligned to MITRE ATT&CKProduce clear, high-quality incident reports for both technical and senior stakeholdersContribute to threat intelligence and proactive defence initiativesStay ahead of emerging TTPs, tooling and adversary behaviour Technologies: HTTPSupportNetworkSecuritySplunkTCP/IP More:

This is a fully on-site role working a 24/7 shift pattern, with a competitive salary and shift allowance. We support UK defence, aerospace and national security programmes, defending country-critical systems and countering sophisticated adversaries, including nation-state activity, within a trusted consultancy setting.
