Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: We need proven experience leading large-scale change or transformation programmes within Financial Services.We need strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at senior leadership level.We need an understanding of emerging AI technologies and the associated governance, risk and control considerations within highly regulated organisations.We need a good understanding of Risk, Model Risk, Model Validation or broader regulatory change environments.We need experience delivering technology, data or operating model transformation initiatives.We need strong programme management capability, including planning, governance, risk management and delivery oversight.We need the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a complex, regulated environment. Responsibilities: We will lead the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across the Model Validation function.We will drive improvements to validation frameworks, governance processes and operating models.We will partner with senior stakeholders across Risk, Technology and Business teams to influence change and secure alignment.We will oversee programme planning, progress tracking, resource management and delivery governance.We will support the development and implementation of AI-related frameworks, controls and ways of working.We will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, prioritisation and risk-based decision making across validation activities.
