Requirements: Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience.Previous experience in technical support, field service, or engineering.Leadership or mentoring experience, or readiness to take the next step into a leadership role.IT confidence, with an interest in digital tools, automation, and AI.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, or mechatronic equipment would be advantageous.
