Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: Commercial experience supporting Salesforce.Experience with Salesforce Administration.Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud is highly desirable.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Experience using Jira or another ITSM/ticketing platform.Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple requests.Salesforce Administrator certification would be advantageous.Experience working within healthcare or regulated environments is desirable.Business analysis or requirements gathering experience is desirable.Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards and automation is desirable. Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Salesforce Health Cloud users.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.Manage user accounts, permissions and access.Support Salesforce configuration and administration.Gather business requirements and recommend improvements.Create reports and dashboards.Support platform enhancements and system changes.Work with technical teams to resolve more complex issues.Log and manage work through Jira.Produce user documentation and deliver end-user training where required. We are looking for a Salesforce Health Cloud Support Analyst to join our growing team and support a business-critical Salesforce environment. This is a permanent role offering a salary of £45,000-£50,000. The position is currently fully remote, with an expected move to a hybrid arrangement of 2-3 days per week onsite. You will work closely with users across the business, supporting and developing the Salesforce platform, with opportunities to contribute to platform improvements and transformation projects.
