Requirements: We are looking for an experienced metadata specialist with strong Collibra expertise.We need strong knowledge of data cataloguing and lineage.We need strong experience with Databricks Unity Catalog.We need experience designing and executing delivery roadmaps focused on purposeful outcomes and value.We need the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business outcomes and value.We need a strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality best practice.We need experience using metadata tooling to deliver business value.We need experience developing junior data governance and data quality stakeholders.We need strong influencing skills to help Data Owners and Stewards carry out their duties effectively. Responsibilities: We will expect you to design, own and deliver our metadata roadmap.We will expect you to lead Collibra and Unity Catalog configuration, rollout and value realisation plans.We will expect you to use metadata tooling and processes to support the delivery of Data Governance and Data Quality outcomes with key stakeholders.We will expect you to promote the purpose and value of our metadata tooling through data forums, workshops and demos.We will expect you to use metadata tooling capabilities to optimise and automate data governance processes.We will expect you to support major data migration and business integration programmes.We will expect you to underpin delivery with focused and measurable performance metrics.
