Salary: £32,000 - 72,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Owner or Application Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations and/or Customer Engagement) or comparable ERP/CRM systems within fast-paced or complex supply chain environmentsKnowledge of core business processes across at least two areas, such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Plan to ProduceHands-on experience gathering requirements and writing user stories, managing backlogs, coordinating user acceptance testing, and overseeing release and change managementExperience providing advanced application support (Level 2 and Level 3), including incident and problem management, as well as supplier coordinationFamiliarity with ITIL and agile delivery approaches, including Scrum and Kanban, with strong documentation practicesStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments Responsibilities: Take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Dynamics 365, ensuring maximum business value from the platformProvide advanced application support across the organisation and resolve complex issuesTranslate business strategy into a clear, actionable pipeline of enhancementsPrioritise standard, low-customisation solutions to drive efficiency and scalabilityGather requirements and act as the bridge between business and technical teams to align scope and deliveryGovern change through structured user acceptance testing and release processesOwn releases end to end, including UAT, sign-off, communications, and environment managementManage backlog transparency, stakeholder prioritisation, and clear communication of trade-offs and outcomesEnsure compliance, governance, and audit standards are met across all system changesDrive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and user feedbackSupport adoption, data quality, and system optimisation using core D365 features, Power Platform, and Power BIEnable process standardisation, integrations, evaluations, and improved delivery speed and quality through modern product management and automation practices Technologies: CRMERPSupportITILKanbanPower BIProduct OwnerOffice 365RESTSecurity More:
