Salary: £43,500 - 74,500 per year
Requirements: Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise OpenStack environments.Strong infrastructure engineering background.Experience building OpenStack platforms from greenfield.Linux systems engineering experience.High Availability (HA) and resilient infrastructure design experience.Networking, storage and virtualisation expertise.Infrastructure as Code experience using Ansible and/or Terraform.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Desirable: Ceph.Desirable: Kubernetes.Desirable: KVM.Desirable: Open vSwitch (OVS) / OVN.Desirable: Neutron, Nova, Keystone, Glance, Cinder and Heat.Desirable: Secure by Design experience.Desirable: Automation and CI/CD experience. We are offering a 6-month initial contract for a Solution Architect with deep OpenStack expertise to lead the design and delivery of a greenfield private cloud platform. This is an inside IR35 hybrid role with 1-2 days per week on site, with flexibility depending on your location. You will join a high-profile programme with the autonomy to shape the architecture, influence technical direction, and help deliver a modern enterprise-scale OpenStack environment from the ground up.
