Salary: £46,000 - 66,000 per year
Requirements: We need strong experience supporting Windows server environments.We need exposure to virtualisation technologies such as VMware or similar.We need an understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure concepts.We need awareness of cybersecurity principles and best practice.We need strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Experience with Linux environments would be beneficial but is not essential. Responsibilities: We will have you support and maintain server and virtualised infrastructure environments.We will have you monitor system performance, identify issues, and help ensure high availability.We will have you assist with cloud platform operations, access management, and configuration.We will have you support incident resolution via the service desk, including user access and onboarding requests.We will have you contribute to backup, disaster recovery, and security-related processes.We will have you work closely with senior technical specialists and gain exposure to enterprise-level infrastructure.
