Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements: Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.Experience diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret technical data and make informed decisions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience producing technical reports and documentation.Confident handling customer escalations and challenging technical situations.Strong IT skills, including experience with business software packages.Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering background.Full RTW in the UK. Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support across customer sites and partner networks.Support major installations, commissioning activities, validation processes, and performance optimisation.Investigate system faults and implement effective corrective actions.Participate in product testing and evaluation programmes, providing valuable performance feedback.Produce and maintain technical documentation, reports, and support materials.Contribute to product risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional technical service.
