Requirements: We are looking for someone with experience in senior IT leadership roles within infrastructure and security domains.We need strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.We need proven experience of managing hybrid environments, including on-premises and cloud technologies.We need working experience of aligning IT infrastructure and security initiatives with organisational objectives.We need proven ability to lead and develop technical teams.We need strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.We need an analytical approach to solving complex technical and security challenges. Responsibilities: We will ask you to lead the strategic direction, design and delivery of our technology infrastructure and security capabilities.We will ask you to ensure our IT infrastructure services are secure, resilient, scalable and aligned with business needs.We will ask you to develop and implement infrastructure and security strategies aligned with our organisational goals.We will ask you to provide expert advice on emerging technologies and security threats to support strategic planning, digital investment and risk mitigation.We will ask you to oversee the design, operation, maintenance and optimisation of our networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms and related services.We will ask you to lead cybersecurity initiatives, including risk assessments, vulnerability management and incident response.We will ask you to establish, maintain and continuously improve our IT governance frameworks, including policies, processes, standards and controls.We will ask you to manage audits, address findings, mitigate risks and help ensure compliance with data protection legislation and cybersecurity expectations.We will ask you to lead, support and develop our infrastructure and security teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
