Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements: 3 years experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Integration, or similar roles within SaaS or web environmentsStrong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, and SQLExperience working with complex system architectures and integrationsProven troubleshooting and debugging skillsFamiliarity with JavaScript preferredDegree in Computer Science or a similar fieldExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearlyComfortable managing multiple projects and working with distributed teams Responsibilities: Lead technical discovery sessions with new and existing clientsAdvise on best-practice integration approaches and solution designDeliver product demonstrations and technical training sessionsOwn end-to-end integrations, including scoping, API setup, configuration, and troubleshootingDefine and manage data flows between systemsCollaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve issues and deliver client-specific requirementsAct as a technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersShare client feedback to inform product and engineering improvements Technologies: APIHTTPSupportJavaScriptRESTSQLWeb More:
