Our production setup combines high automation, short lead times, and customer-specific solutions, and your work will directly influence performance, quality, and reliability. In this role, you will join a skilled team of 13 production engineers responsible for production technologies, processes, and new product introduction (NPI). You will work hands-on with modern equipment such as robots, AGVs, and intelligent tools, helping ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. If you are motivated by solving complex technical challenges, improving processes, and working closely with engaged colleagues, this is your chance to make a real impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You’ll Be Doing Drive continuous improvement of production processes, methods, and technologies to enhance quality and efficiency Own and support smaller projects while contributing to cross-functional initiatives, including NPI activities Develop and maintain production documentation such as SOPs, flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plans, and SPC Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated systems, including robots and AGVs Implement preventive actions and improvement initiatives that support team and business goals What We're Looking For A degree in Production Engineering or a related field, with experience in process optimization, quality improvement, or Lean methodologies Strong understanding of automated production environments; Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is a plus Hands-on mindset with the ability to analyze problems and implement practical solutions A collaborative team player who is also able to work independently and drive results Willingness to work mainly on-site in Gråsten and be located within reasonable commuting distance Fluency in English and Danish (both written and spoken) What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
