Job overview We are seeking two experienced Functional Leads to join an ongoing global ERP implementation project within Folkekirkens Nødhjælp / DanChurchAid (DCA), an international NGO with more than 1,000 users across the entire organisation. The project is entering a key phase where future processes, solution design, and implementation scenarios are being defined. We are therefore looking for strong delivery-oriented persons who can take ownership of their functional areas, help shape the future solution, and drive their workstreams through design, implementation, go-live, and adoption. This is a highly hands-on role requiring close collaboration across the business and project teams. The implementation covers core organisational processes within: Finance, HR, Procurement & Logistics. This is a project-based full time-position based in our Head Quarter in Copenhagen (time limited to ult. 2029) offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact transformation in a purpose-driven organisation. Your contribution is appreciated, and your role will include As a Functional Lead, you will lead and drive activities within your functional area throughout the project lifecycle. Your key project tasks include: Driving end-to-end process To-Be design and process description Managing cross-functional dependencies and alignment Collaborating closely with project members and other stakeholders while fostering motivation, engagement, and commitment across teams Ensuring data readiness and integrity Leading test planning, execution, and quality assurance Preparing the organisation for go-live readiness. Executing cut-over and go-live activities. Supporting training and global roll out In short, you ensure that the solution is not only delivered but works effectively in practice and creates genuine business value. You will work closely with: Business Analysts, System Owners, Project Manager, project members, and Global business stakeholders Your Profile We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused professional who brings: Proven experience from large-scale ERP implementations (Tier 1 or Tier 2 systems) Strong understanding of business processes within Finance, HR, or Procurement & Logistics Experience with global ERP system rollouts in complex organisations Solid, practical experience with testing, data migration, and go-live activities. A collaborative and results oriented mindset with focus on execution and achieving outcomes through teamwork Ability to thrive in agile environments with evolving requirements.
