If so, you could be our new Implementation Consultant at EG Altiplan Your Role EG Silkeborg Data is currently looking for a new Implementation Consultant for our rostering solution, EG Altiplan. We are experiencing significant growth within the public sector and are working on a range of exciting and meaningful projects. You will become part of a team consisting of Implementation Consultants, Specialists, Business Analysts, and Operations Specialists. Together, we support regions, municipalities, private companies, nursing homes, residential care facilities, and other customers across our product areas.We collaborate across roles and support one another as a team. This means you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to support and testing activities when needed. You will work closely with colleagues across multiple teams in a highly collaborative environment. What you bring You are an excellent communicator and facilitator who enjoys presenting to and training larger groups. Your background may include responsibility for rostering, preferably within a healthcare setting. For example, you may have worked as a nurse with responsibility for workforce planning and rostering. Most importantly, you are eager to work with and gain deep insight into complex workflows and regulations. You can for example contribute with: Experience with rostering in hospitals, nursing homes, or residential care facilities. Knowledge of planning and scheduling in EG Altiplan. Understanding of processes and core tasks related to rostering. Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
