About the job The Full-Stack Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting business-critical applications across DRC’s global IT landscape. The role spans backend and frontend development and application support, ensuring that solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with modern cloud and security standards. Working closely with Business Process Owners, Infrastructure, Security, and other development teams, you will contribute to delivering robust applications that support DRC’s humanitarian mission. Your main duties and responsibilities will include: About you To be successful in this role, you are a hands-on developer with full-stack capabilities and a solid understanding of modern application development practices. You are comfortable working across the full application life cycle - from development and deployment to troubleshooting and optimization - and you bring a proactive mindset to improving system reliability and performance.
