About the Marine Department We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our Marine Department, an essential part of our operations. As a member of this dedicated team, you will be tasked with various responsibilities that ensure the seamless execution of our construction projects. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Operating construction machinery (excavators, loaders, rollers, telehandlers) Performing daily inspections to maintain safety and compliance Long-duration seated operation of machinery Receiving and offloading trucks efficiently Guiding loads during lifting operations Working near cranes and other heavy machinery Handling slings and ropes with care Qualifications: Valid licenses to drive a forklift, wheel-loader, and similar machines (as stipulated by The Danish Working Environment Authority) Proficient communication skills in English Required Medical Fitness: To ensure safety and efficiency in our work environment, candidates must meet the following medical fitness criteria: Fit for prolonged sitting No spinal disorders or balance issues Good coordination, reflexes, and vision Adequate hearing and mobility Fit for outdoor work and long-duration seated operation No dizziness or epilepsy conditions Our Working Environment At FLC, we prioritize transparent management structures, short decision-making channels, and a collaborative team-oriented atmosphere. Working Conditions: Attractive employment conditions on a Danish contract, including a special wage accrual scheme Pension health insurance Accommodation and meals provided in the FLC Village Rotational work schedule: 4 weeks on-site followed by 2 weeks off Working hours: 07:00 - 18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break Workplace Safety We take workplace safety seriously.
