This is a unique opportunity to lead the AI agenda, driving the transformation from experimentation to scaled adoption of AI, Copilot, and intelligent automation across the business. How you will make an impact This role combines hands-on thought leadership with transformation execution. You will operate as a key driver in the CIO Office - shaping how AI is governed, adopted, and embedded into everyday work. You will take ownership of the AI governance framework, adoption enablement, and cross-functional collaboration model, ensuring that AI is used responsibly, effectively, and at scale across Arla. Working closely with stakeholders across the business zones and functions, external partners, IT and senior leadership, you will act as a connector between strategy, governance, and delivery teams. In this role, you will Lead the end-to-end AI governance agenda, including policies, standards, and controls across Agents, Copilot, and automation use cases Drive business transformation through AI by identifying opportunities, shaping PoCs and MVPs, defining value cases, and leading the transition from experiments to scaled solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes Enable adoption of AI by defining clear frameworks, practical guidelines, and reusable patterns for business and IT product teams Partner with senior leaders to translate emerging AI opportunities into strategic decisions, roadmaps, and practical actions that create business value Facilitate collaboration across platform teams, architects, product teams, and business functions Build and grow AI adoption through communities, learning initiatives, reusable assets, and practical guidance that enable responsible and effective AI usage across Arla Lead communication and storytelling that builds confidence, clarity, and momentum around AI at Arla What will make you successful You are a strong driver of transformation, with the ability to combine technology understanding, governance discipline, and change leadership. Experience working with AI / Agentic AI or digital transformation initiatives in a complex organization Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance, ideally in the context of AI or data Proven ability to drive adoption and influence without formal authority across multiple teams Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical experts and senior business leaders A pragmatic mindset - able to translate strategy into simple, actionable frameworks Strong communicator with the ability to drive fact-based storytelling and engagement Experience working in an agile, product-oriented environment is a plus What do we offer?
