The Role Are you a bachelor student in your first or second year, motivated by administrative support and eager to gain hands-on experience in the clinical development landscape? Join Genmab’s Clinical Trial Delivery Strategy & Business Effectiveness team as a student worker and contribute to the operational backbone of our clinical trials. This is a unique opportunity to support a passionate, highly engaged and experienced team while developing your professional skills in a global biotech environment. Clinical Trial Delivery is responsible for managing clinical cancer trials from first-in-human trials through to late-stage development. As a student worker, you will become part of a student team supporting our department that transforms scientific strategy into operational execution. Responsibilities Contract management: Initiate and track the signature process for clinical trial agreements, task orders, and related documents; ensure timely follow-up and archiving. Sponsor TMF & record management: Upload and manage clinical trial documentation in the Trial Master File (TMF); assist with system support. Onboarding & training coordination: Draft onboarding documents, manage the signature process for training plans and other GxP-relevant dossier files, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and timelines. Enroll employees in training and maintain the department dossier. Operational support: Assist with inspections, plan meetings and events, maintain SharePoint sites, arrange travel, and provide general administrative support. Requirements We ask you have a service-minded and highly detail-oriented mind. You are: Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree, in your 1st or 2nd year and based in Denmark. Able to work approximately 15 hours a week in the office. Able to commit to a stable, year-round role throughout the full employment period. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) and comfortable navigating various IT systems. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experienced from a comparable student job. Well structured, organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Service-minded with a quality-focused mindset. Able to work both independently and collaboratively. Eager to learn, adaptable to changes and take ownership. The proposed gross annual base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is: DKK180,00---180,00 The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
