About the role We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team of 4 highly skilled project managers in our Decision Design department. As a team, we are leading the early phases of design development in a very agile and changing project environment. We help customers early in their investment projects by defining fit-for-purpose technical solutions, required capital and timelines. The projects are characterized by being short (between 2-12 weeks), intense and with a close collaboration with our customers with focus on clarifying scenarios that enable confident business decisions. You will play a key role in this, leading the cross-disciplinary front-end projects, shaping early-phase solutions and execution models that align technical possibilities with customer needs and business goals. You will drive collaboration, facilitate stakeholder dialogue, and ensure the delivery of high-quality project outputs that enable confident investment decisions. Location Denmark - Virum Experience Minimum 5 Years Department Decision Design How you might spend your days As a Project Manager for early design phases, you’ll be: Taking the lead on our cross disciplinary front-end projects (e.g. pre-studies, concept briefs, conceptual designs) securing we follow the project’s one page strategy. In collaboration with Account Mgt. identifying customer needs and desired outcome, developing the right front end project execution model, and setting the right cross-disciplinary team. Through workshops and meetings, driving the cross-disciplinary team in a manner that ensures we identify relevant scenarios, and we deliver projects in time and on budget Delivering a project engineering output that matches the needs and business drivers of the customer and enable the customer to take next step investment decisions. Facilitating customer dialogue & communicating with customer stakeholders to ensure that NNE deliver an outstanding customer experience Who you are We care about who you are as a person. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role: +5 years of experience leading projects, ideally within engineering or consultancy environments and preferably within the early phases of a project lifecycle Proven experience leading project teams, setting direction and building trust in order to deliver high quality project outputs Experience from the life science, biotech, or related regulated industries Fluency in English (written and spoken) Life at NNE NNE is short for Novo Nordisk Engineering.
