At Everllence, we are looking for a Lube Oil Process Owner who will take ownership of the operational flow of our No Objection Letter (NOL) process for lubrication oils used in two-stroke engines. You will play a key role in ensuring that our processes are efficient, transparent, and scalable, supporting both customers and internal stakeholders. If you enjoy connecting technical, commercial, and operational aspects into one coherent workflow, this role offers a unique opportunity to help shape how we deliver value across the organization. While working closely with technical experts, the role focuses on process ownership and coordination rather than technical decision-making. You will play an important role in: Leading and structuring the operational end-to-end NOL process lifecycle from application to issuance, renewal, and listing Serving as the central coordination point between engineering, R&D, and commercial teams Ensuring a transparent and efficient customer journey throughout the NOL lifecycle Supporting the implementation of service offerings and related commercial elements Creating transparency around process status, timelines, and responsibilities Tracking process performance and identifying optimization opportunities Contributing to the development and enablement of new service offerings and business models, including their implementation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders We imagine that you: Ideally have around 5 years of relevant experience working with cross-functional processes or projects Enjoy structuring and improving complex processes involving multiple stakeholders Thrive in a role that combines technical understanding, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management Are comfortable leading initiatives and promoting alignment across functions Communicate clearly and build trust with both internal teams and external stakeholders Are motivated by turning operational tasks into scalable and structured ways of working Welcome to Licence Sales & Service You will be part of a strong and fast-developing team in a key growth area for Everllence.
