We're looking for a new team member with experience in inbound/receiving goods + pick/pack, who enjoys being hands-on while keeping an overview of daily operations. Someone comfortable following instructions, thinking smarter and working with numbers, who takes ownership and steps in to coordinate when needed. Someone who helps hit our daily goals, keeps the team on track and motivated, and is a great support for the Team Lead and the Warehouse Coordinator. What You’ll Be Doing Pick and pack customer orders with care and accuracy Receive, sort, and place goods according to established procedures Handle closing shifts and communicate with drivers during pickups Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized Occasionally help coordinate daily operations, set targets and follow up to ensure goals are achieved Occasionally analyze data and reports to identify optimization opportunities and SOPs improvements Ad-hoc warehouse tasks such as returns, engraving, cleaning What We Expect from You You bring positive energy and help keep team motivation strong You're reliable, respectful, and someone others can count on You take ownership and have a solution-oriented mindset You're structured, while also quick to adapt to new ways of working You're comfortable working with numbers, KPIs, and daily planning You enjoy a fast-paced workday, can lift boxes and don't mind moving a lot ( 15,000 steps) You're eager to learn and take on more responsibility over time You have a forklift license You communicate in fluent danish and in english What We Offer A great team where collaboration and shared responsibility are core values.
