This role requires a pragmatic leader with a keen attention to detail and a structured approach, possessing relevant Agile and project management certifications. The RTE will play a crucial role in collaborating with the programme team and implementation partner in executing the Brownfield Conversion of SAP S/4HANA, focusing on effective planning and management. Main Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Orchestrating the programme backlog together with the implementation partner. Preparing and facilitating quarterly planning sessions. Working with the tracks to optimize results and ensure transparency. Escalating impediments and managing risks related to backlog execution. Securing timely allocation from surrounding organisations and business lines. Handling potential events and travel arrangements. Providing first-level approval of hours and travel. Key Requirements 3+ years of proven RTE working experience in a SAFe context. Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Miro, and agile tools. Strong facilitation and servant leadership mindset. Extensive experience working with cross-functional and international teams. Strong stakeholder management and organizational change management experience. Relevant Agile and/or project management certifications. Previous experience with SAP/S/4HANA implementation programmes.
