In this role, you will lead the global transition from a country-based HR structure towards a globally aligned HR operating model. You will play a key role in creating a connected, efficient, and scalable HR organization that enables our business to grow and continuously expand our ability to improve the lives of millions of people with hearing loss. As our HR Transformation Program Manager, you will play a key role in orchestrating the execution of various projects aimed at creating an efficient HR organization that delivers high quality HR services globally. Welcome to Global HR You will join Demant's Global HR organization, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global HR, and become part of the HR Leadership Team. Our HR organization consists of approximately 400 talented professionals working across the globe to attract, develop, and empower the people who drive Demant's continued success. As a global leader in hearing healthcare and hearing aid technology, we are on an ambitious transformation journey. As part of our HR leadership team, you will work alongside experienced colleagues who are passionate about developing our organization and creating an HR function that is ready to support the growth of Demant. Lead the Global HR Transformation Programme In this role, you will lead a small, dedicated team of project and change managers responsible for delivering multiple initiatives under the overall HR transformation programme. Together, you will coordinate organizational, process, people, and technology initiatives that support the implementation of Demant's future global HR operating model. Working closely with the Global HR Leadership Team, HR leaders around the world, and colleagues across IT, Finance, Legal, and Communications, you will coordinate alignment across functions and geographies while ensuring the successful execution of a complex global transformation. By joining Demant, you will step into a highly visible role where your leadership, programme management, and change expertise will directly influence how HR delivers value across our global organization. In this role, you will: Lead the end-to-end global HR transformation programme, ensuring effective planning, governance, resource management, timelines, and risk oversight. Establish programme governance, steering committees, and decision-making forums that enable clear priorities and transparent decision-making. Manage the overall HR transformation portfolio in close collaboration with the Global HR Leadership Team. Build trusted partnerships with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to create alignment, secure sponsorship, and maintain momentum throughout the transformation. Act as the primary point of contact for HR colleagues globally during the transition to the new operating model. Support the development and execution of a comprehensive change management strategy, including communications, stakeholder engagement, capability building, and training initiatives. Identify programme risks, dependencies, and barriers early, ensuring effective mitigation and enable successful delivery. Support compliance with local employment legislation while maintaining alignment with global HR policies and standards. What You Bring You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field. Furthermore, you bring 5 -10 + years of experience leading HR transformation programmes, HR operations, management consulting engagements, or other large-scale organizational change initiatives. You have successfully delivered global or multi-country transformation programmes and possess a good understanding of HR operating models, HR disciplines, and end-to-end HR process design. Experience with HR technologies such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is an advantage, as is formal project or programme management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) and experience with structured change management methodologies such as ADKAR. As a leader, you are curious, collaborative, and energized by change. You bring structure to complexity, inspire confidence in stakeholders, and know how to create momentum across cultures and functions. You combine strategic thinking with practical execution, and you enjoy turning ambitious ideas into tangible results that make a real difference for both the business and the people behind it.
