Then we would love to welcome you into our Decarbonization Retrofit Technology team. We work with Everllence two-stroke engines already installed on ships worldwide, helping ship owners adapt their engines to reduce their green-house gas emissions and improve fuel efficiency. Retrofit solutions range from software updates to major conversions such as dual-fuel upgrades, all aimed at reducing emissions and supporting a carbon-neutral future. You will join a collaborative team of engineers who enjoy sharing knowledge, challenge ideas, and turning concepts into practical technical solutions. You will play an important role in: Developing retrofit solutions for large two-stroke marine engines Taking ownership of engineering tasks from concept development through implementation Collaborating closely with colleagues across R&D, Engineering, PrimeServ and Product Support Applying your expertise within Certification, Performance, or Mechanical Engineering while contributing to innovative decarbonization solutions Building strong relationships across the organization, proactively engaging with colleagues and stakeholders to gather knowledge, align on solutions, and move projects forward We imagine that you: Have at least 2 years of experience working with combustion engines Bring experience within one of the following disciplines: Certification - engine emissions certification, regulatory compliance and approval processes Performance - engine process, thermodynamics, combustion and fuel efficiency Mechanical - engine hardware, mechanical design, system integration and engineering calculations Take ownership of technical tasks and thrive on solving complex engineering challenges Value collaboration and work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different technical disciplines Are curious, open to learning, and motivated by contributing to solutions that support the maritime energy transition Welcome to Retrofit Technology Department You will join a team where collaboration, curiosity and human connection are an important part of everyday work.
