About this role
We are looking for a Monday.com Developer/Manager to join our team and optimize our project management processes. This role requires expertise in refining workflows, integrating subcontractor collaboration systems, and creating user-friendly dashboards. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Optimize and Enhance Workflows: Refine current workflows using tools like Lucidchart (or similar software). Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions. Comprehensive Workflow Management: Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle. Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes. Facilitate Cross-Party Communication: Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties. Subcontractor Collaboration System: Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms. Dashboard Development: Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information. Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users. Team Onboarding and Training: Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption. Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration: Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization. Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes. Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in workflow optimization and Monday.com development. Familiarity with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and training abilities. Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems. Benefits
