GomSpace is looking for a Student Worker - Sales & Sales Support to join our commercial team in Aalborg. In this role, you will support day-to-day sales activities, help maintain high-quality commercial data, assist with quotations and customer follow-up, and contribute to improving the way we work across Sales, Sales Support, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations. You will become part of a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment where accuracy, service orientation, and structured execution are key to helping customers move from inquiry to solution. Your role As our new Student Worker in Sales & Sales Support, you will be involved in a broad range of commercial activities across the team. You will gain practical experience with customer engagement, sales operations, quotation handling, order-related documentation, business intelligence, and internal coordination in an international space technology environment. This is a great opportunity for a student who wants to understand how a technology company works commercially from incoming customer requests and quotation preparation to pipeline tracking, reporting, and cross-functional follow-up. Your main tasks Your tasks will include: Supporting Sales Managers and Sales Support Specialists with daily commercial activities. Preparing, maintaining, and following up on customer quotations. Creating and updating quotations and monitoring quotation status. Maintaining accurate customer, opportunity, and sales data in CRM systems. Processing incoming sales inquiries and supporting customer follow-up. Assisting with order processing, documentation, and administrative tasks related to customer orders. Supporting sales reporting, pipeline reviews, KPI reports, and business performance tracking. Conducting market research, competitor monitoring, and customer intelligence activities. Assisting in preparing sales presentations, customer material, proposals, bids, and commercial documentation. Supporting conferences, events, and lead management activities. Contributing to continuous improvement of commercial processes, tools, templates, and documentation. Coordinating internally between Sales, Sales Support, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations. What you bring We are looking for a student worker no previous professional experience is required. What matters most is your mindset, structure, and willingness to learn. You are likely to succeed in the role if you: Are currently studying and looking for a student worker position. Are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with several tasks at the same time. Have a proactive and service-minded approach. Are curious, eager to learn, and motivated by working in a commercial environment. Enjoy working with data, documentation, and process follow-up.
