We’re looking for an organized and committed student assistant to support our People team and gain valuable insights into how HR works at scale. In this role you will work on both operational tasks and analyses that contribute to strategic HR initiatives. The position is versatile and developmental, giving you a unique opportunity to combine concrete responsibilities with exposure to strategic HR work. You’ll be part of the People team at KPMG. We’re based at our HQ in Nordhavn and servicing our local offices across Denmark. Examples of activities you will be involved in: Prepare employment contracts Register and maintain employee data in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination with relevant stakeholders. Contribute to day-to-day HR operations and support the People team with ad hoc tasks. Support the preparation of HR reports, analyses, and people data insights. Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience, processes, and ways of working. About you, our newest team member We imagine you are in your third year of a Bachelor’s or the first year of your Master’s degree. With a detail-oriented, structured, and proactive approach, you will be well positioned to succeed in the role. Further, we imagine that you: Find energy in staying organized, paying attention to details, and ensuring high-quality results for yourself and your team. Are comfortable with Microsoft Office - especially PowerPoint for clear communication and Excel for basic data handling. Are engaged in your studies and eager to turn theory into practice. Thrive in working with data analysis, whether it’s crunching numbers or turning them into insightful visuals. Take ownership, act responsibly, and contribute proactively. Are fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written. Are motivated to learn in a large organisation and to grow personally and professionally during your studies.
