We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Sales and Operations team in driving brand visibility and engagement across digital and local channels. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales and Operations team to execute marketing initiatives Manage and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Assist with public relations efforts across local media outlets, publications, and community Facebook groups Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights Support day-to-day marketing operations and coordinate with internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management Proven success running paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms Strong content creation skills (visual and written), with an eye for brand consistency Familiarity with local PR outreach and community engagement strategies Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work closely with leadership and adapt to evolving priorities
