RemoteVA seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Design Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in design software, experience with various design plans, and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Design Software: Create detailed spec sheets and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Experience with RCP Plans: Draft reflected ceiling plans (RCPs) detailing the ceiling elements of a design. Furniture Planning Skills: Develop comprehensive furniture plans, including layouts and specifications. Wall Decoration and Detailing: Design wall decorations and provide detailed sections and elevations. Knowledge of Schedules: Create schedules listing the quantities, finishes, and other attributes of design elements.
Requirements
Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Proven experience drafting reflected ceiling plans (RCPs). Ability to create detailed and comprehensive furniture plans.
