We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Support Senior Administrator to join our friendly team based at our Springfield Court site in Barnstaple.This pivotal role provides essential administrative and customer facing support to our pathways, helping to ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional running of the service each day.
You will work closely with your business support colleagues, frontline clinicians, and managers delivering collaborative, accurate, and reliable secretarial and administrative support across the team.
This is a permanent position working 18.75 hours per week.

Diary management Use of electronic systems Preparation of electronic and paper files Producing letters and reports Assisting with reporting and compilation of data Processing of incoming correspondence Providing excellent customer service by responding to face to face and telephone queries in a timely and accurate way

Experience Essential
Computer literate Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel Willing to undertake training relevant to the post Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 1 year)
Desirable
Good knowledge of a wide range of office procedures Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 2 years) Experience within a customer care, healthcare, education or social care setting
Qualifications Essential
Good general education e.g. GCSEs or equivalent

NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience
