Main duties of the job

Support the 8 GP Partners in delivering high-quality patient care. Manage a varied and interesting clinical caseload. Opportunity to contribute to key clinical areas, including: Long-term condition management Care home support Frailty services Home visits Prescribing and medicines optimisation Staff education and training Potential to assist with the development of healthcare services and health promotion initiatives. Manage your own administrative workload. No requirement to maintain a personal patient list.

Strong multidisciplinary team including: Clinical Pharmacists Nurse Practitioners Practice Nurses Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) Dedicated Reception and Administration Team Accredited GP Training Practice. Consistently high achievement in QOF and Enhanced Services. Strong collaboration within the Primary Care Network. Modern and efficient systems including: EMIS Ardens Anima Medlinks Accurx Established training environment hosting: GP Registrars (ST1-ST3) Cambridge Postgraduate Medical Students Regular in-house teaching sessions and clinical meetings.
