Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. We are looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals who are committed to providing personalised care and support to each resident. Opportunities to develop your career through ongoing training are available, with many of our Senior Care Assistants progressing into roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
