Applicants should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals who are committed to providing personalised care and support to each resident. Opportunities to develop your career through ongoing training are available, with many of our Senior Care Assistants progressing into roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
