Job summary Barchester's Central Division has an opportunity for a new Divisional Activities Lead. In this key role, you will support the activity coordinator staff in the homes across the division and drive whole home approach to provide life enrichment for each and every resident. You must ensure that life enrichment adheres to the Care and Life Enrichment Framework to drive outstanding regulatory results.
