Leading by example, you monitor standards through audits and check regulatory compliance. You set the highest standards and develop strategies to achieve your goals. You need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with NMC registration and teaching/supervision qualification. Experience in helping residents with health needs is essential, as is managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. HR experience, sales and marketing knowledge, budget management, and supporting newly qualified nurses are key. You must be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care.

Qualifications Essential
Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration, teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification, experience in managing safeguarding investigations, clinical risk assessments, HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, understanding of budget management, experience supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
