Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As Care Home Deputy Manager of a Barchester care home, you'll support the delivery of the quality care we're known for. Qualifications Essential
Experience in diverse health needs care, safeguarding investigations, clinical risk assessments. HR experience, sales and marketing knowledge, budget management understanding, compassion, resilience, and commitment to quality care.
