Job Description About the Position
We're looking for a Research and Development Intern to strengthen our Kraft Heinz family. The Research and Development Intern position is within our R&D department. The position is located in Susurluk, Balıkesir.
In brief, you will be responsible for
• Proactively stimulating the packaging development process, have an open minded attitude with a clear focus on consumer driven innovation. • Bring new ideas as much from a packaging development perspective as from a value engineering perspective. • Support driving the BU innovation and R&D strategy. • Ensure that Packaging techniques are in alignment with the corporate goals and policy. • To follow the regulations regarding packaging together with the regulatory affairs team. • Research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency. • To reveal and project R&D issues that will contribute to the BU. • Develop and maintain packaging optimization and validation programs. • Run and regularly reporting of packaging benchmark studies.
Requirements
• Recent graduate or fourth-year student with a bachelor's degree in food engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field. • Fluency in English both written and spoken • Work as a Team, team routines, engage with peers' and stakeholders, absorbs feedback to improve. • Communication and Interpersonal Skills • Analytical and problem-solving ability. • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
