About this role
We are looking for a Loyalty Executive to join our Loyalty team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end loyalty initiatives which engage and delight the Harrods customer.
About the Role
The Loyalty Executive will supporting in delivering world-class customer loyalty campaigns, including the creation and execution of promotions and email communications, as well as owning many of the day-to-day elements of the Harrods Rewards programme.
