Position Role Type: Onsite
Responsibilities
• Participate and play an active contributory role in the acquisition, delivery and commissioning of capital equipment, turnkey solutions & ancillary fixtures/tooling's for manufacturing product lines.
• Support the delivery of various product lines by working on development & evaluation and aspects of the manufacturing processes.
• Support the engineering initiative to deliver first article inspection (FAI) for various product lines.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for mature product lines and be responsible for product quality.
• Identify opportunities for setup reduction, improvement strategies and process mechanization.
• Work with engineers and related departments to optimize manufacturing methods and equipment used in production.
Requirement
• Diploma or Bachelor in Business, Engineering or relevant courses
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Open-minded and motivated to learn
Learning Outcome
• Exposure to Aerospace MRO Industry , Engine Centre/Component Repair/Manufacturing
• Collaborate with various departments (Engineering, Production and Quality)
• Learning continuous improvement tools using CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence)
