Responsibilities
• Assist implementation of Streamlining, Digitalization and Automation of Quality related Workflows, such as: • Audits and Non-Conformance Management and Tracking • Quality Metrics Collation and Visualization / Dashboard • Training Digitalization and Status Tracking • Authorization System (Application & Renewals, Covalent Migration) • Capability List Control & Capability Evaluation • Technical Records Management • Update e-Learning content in Articulate
Requirements
• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Computer Science • Confident in implementing automation and data management in MS Office environment
• Open-minded and motivated to learn.
Learning Outcome
• Ability to implement digitalization and automation of workflows • Appreciation of Quality related processes • Appreciation of Quality related training content • Continuous Improve tools using CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) • Student involved in this process will also gain the workings of an MRO plant. • Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with members of multidisciplinary teams and other stakeholder groups.
