Job Description: This job is responsible for appearing at depositions, hearings, trials or other sworn court proceedings as an expert witness for Bank of America using skills developed through substantial default unsecured and secured products servicing and/or origination experience. Key responsibilities include strategizing on case resolution, reviewing and summarizing opinions, reviewing settlement accuracy and presenting case information to senior management. Job expectations include utilizing experience to testify in court and settle litigated matters up to documented thresholds.
Responsibilities:
• Interacts with outside counsel and business clients with minimal supervision • Performs highest level of substantive legal or factual research • Assists site managers, in-house legal or outside counsel with strategizing case resolution based on outside counsel recommendation • Counsel opinions and prepares summaries to Senior or Executive Management for analysis and decision • Reviews Settlement Agreements for accuracy in accordance with case facts and business objectives • Presents case information and settlement proposals to Senior Management or key executives • Required Skills:

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$70,200.00 - $98,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
