Enterprise Job Description: The Senior Registered Team Manager leads a team of Senior Associates who serve as leadership resources across the organization. These Senior Associates act as extensions of frontline leadership by supporting coaching, performance management, business execution, operational effectiveness, and associate development efforts for Centralized Consumer Investments. This leader is responsible for developing future leaders, driving consistent execution of key business priorities, and creating a scalable support model that enhances organizational performance. The role requires a balance of people leadership, business acumen, and strategic thinking to ensure team efforts are aligned to organizational objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities Leadership Development
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Associates. • Build a sustainable pipeline of future Team Managers through intentional development and leadership opportunities. • Create individual development plans focused on leadership capability, business acumen, and decision-making. • Assess leadership readiness and provide ongoing feedback and mentorship. • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Coaching & Performance Management
• Ensure consistent execution of coaching and development activities. • Oversee quality reviews, performance discussions, and skill development efforts. • Identify performance trends and implement strategies to improve results. • Support leaders in driving associate engagement, performance, and retention. • Serve as an escalation point for complex performance-related situations. Business Execution & Operational Leadership
• Drive execution of key business priorities and organizational initiatives. • Ensure operational routines, business processes, and associate support functions are completed effectively and consistently. • Monitor workloads, priorities, and resource allocation to maximize team effectiveness. • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency. • Partner across organizations to remove barriers and improve execution. Strategic Leadership & Business Impact
• Develop strategies that improve business performance, associate effectiveness, and client outcomes. • Establish clear success measures for team responsibilities and business initiatives. • Design and maintain scorecards, reporting, and metrics that quantify team impact. • Evaluate business trends and use data to identify opportunities and risks. • Ensure all activities performed by the team are tied to measurable outcomes and organizational goals. • Present results, recommendations, and performance insights to senior leadership. • Continuously evolve team responsibilities and operating practices to meet changing business needs. Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$109,200.00 - $136,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
